School Functions - Something for Everyone

Periodically throughout the year, students from every class will participate in our educational extracurricular activities.

Musical Science Fair:

Participating students spend several months research an assigned experiment revolving around the science of sound. Students conduct their experiments and collect data, to compile and present at an open house event.

World Music Night:

Participating students and their families spend several months researching their family’s ancestry, and the origins of music. Information is gathered and compiled into a presentation board. Students and their families will also choose an instrument the originated from their chosen country, to share during their presentation. Students can choose to either share authentic instruments, or hand-craft their own to display. Families take great pride in sharing their history with attendees, and often will dress in the traditional clothing of their ancestors, and share in authentic cuisine they bring to pass out to visitors.
